Hey y'all! Thank you for stopping by my blog. I'm so pumped to start this journey with all of you. For my first outfit post, I wanted something that really reflected me and my style. I love effortless outfits that can just be thrown on without too much thought. Stripes are perf because they're generally pretty casual but can be dressed up or down.

Just like this outfit, I'm really dedicated to making every post a genuine reflection of me. Charlton Lee is a place for me to share with y'all my what I've learned- through beauty, health and my own style.

The name Charlton Lee is a combination of some of my relatives names that my parents put together for my name. My great grandma (Charlton) went by Chottie and so I do too! It's a lot easier to tell people than the whole thing! Some of my favorites are traveling, tennis and naps. I'm currently a student but would much rather be interning in NYC (The City round 2 anyone?). I was born in Texas and then moved to the Midwest where I grew up for the majority of the time before moving back down to the south.  My heart is definitely still in Texas though.

Traveling is my all time favorite thing. I would love to travel the world and just people watch from hole-in-the-wall coffee shops (but order tea cause I'm so not a coffee girl).

Since I can remember, I've always been a questioner. I'm that person that always asks "why". I guess I got that from my dad though, because he researches

why

certain things happen in the body. My mom works with him, so I'm basically surrounded by all this health stuff. Over time, I've become really interested in it and think there is a lot of confusion and wrong information out there I want to clear up!

I know it's so cliche, but I really do love fashion because you can be whoever you want. Literally anything. I mean, everyone has to wear clothes, so I think that you may as well make it something fun. Growing up, I chose playing outside with my big brother over playing dress up in my mom's closet, but I'm definitely making up for it now! I've found so much inspiration in other bloggers, so I'm excited to get to do it myself (bear with me though as I get used to this whole picture process).  It used to be that people would tear out pages of magazines to find what they like and discover their own style, but I think it can be done in better way now through

Pinterest

and bloggers. Hopefully I can inspire one of you with your own style!

Thank you all so much for stopping by and I hope you'll come back soon!

xoxo,

C
