All. Time. Favorite. Dress. Ever.

I'm so pumped to introduce to y'all one of my all time

favorite

stores, Shein (previously Sheinside). Let my preface by saying I'm in no way sponsored by them, I just really love them this much! I initially found the online store years ago, and have loved it ever since. A few months ago, I was in desperate need of more clothes but didn't want to spend thousands to get it. Shein was the perfect answer! Because of their more than reasonable prices, you can score tons of adorable new pieces without breaking the bank!

This dress in particular was one that was totally calling my name. I love anything flowy, bohemian, and printed (

so basically all of Free People

), so when I saw this dress for less than $25, I was sold!! I've been trying to not wear it every single day, but when I do wear it everyone always loves it! The fall colors of the print make it the perfect transition piece, or fall dress for a place like Texas that doesn't

really

experience fall! This same dress comes in a ton of other colors, and I'm actually pretty in love with the

black

version. You can never have too many boho dresses, right?:)

Hey, y'all! As you've probably figured out by now, I'm all about a laid-back, minimalistic outfit. I found this t-shirt in my brother's closet and it is seriously the softest thing ever. I kept this look very simple with my favorite pair of black jeans and a big oversized (

and reversible

) tote. By adding a statement necklace and shoes, it dressed the look up just enough to make it look like I didn't actually just roll out of bed!

Thanks so much for reading!

As we all know by now, I definitely gravitate towards neutral colors. A great way to add a lil bit of excitement to a basic outfit is with details. To pull out the eyelet details of the skirt, I paired it with a lace crop top. The details not only complement each other, but break up an otherwise simple color palette. And of course, you can never go wrong with a pop of color in a necklace!

A simple cashmere sweater is the perfect piece to throw on for a day at a coffee shop or running errands. I love throwing on a big sweater with leggings. These leggings are great because they're simple, but a little bit more dressy with the leather paneling on the side.

I hope all of y'all have a great week!

Something about this sweater instantly drew me in. I've always been a sucker for neutrals, but the unique details like the slits and hem added a little more excitement. At first, I thought it was a dress, but quickly changed my mind once I tried it on! I paired a basic pair of leather inspired leggings under it for ease, but a sheer pair of tights would also look fab. I'm loving the simple pop of blue, because it really makes a statement without taking away from the other details!

On another note, I've been binge watching 90210 on Netflix and can I just say how amazing it is!! I don't know why it's taken me so long to watch, but I'm so glad I started it! Without giving away any details to those of you who still want to see it, something major happened and it's really changed the way I view things. One of the characters, Raj, is introduced as "the boy with leukemia". As the show goes on, his attitude towards the situation has made a big impact on me. Instead of throwing non-stop pity parties (and who could really blame him if he did), he's dedicated to making the most of the time he does have. Watching the other characters complain about insignificant things while he's going through chemo makes me think about my own life and all the ways I take what I have for granted. Then today, I heard the song "I Live" by OneRepublic and the timing couldn't have been better! ["I hope when the moment comes, you'll say I did it all"]. Between Raj and the song, I've just been so incredibly inspired to really make the most of every day and every opportunity I'm given.

I know this totally is not what you were expecting to read when you saw a picture of a sweater, but one of the reasons for starting this blog was to share my heart with y'all and I couldn't think of a better opportunity to share this eye-opener than with y'all! I hope y'all have an amazing weekend and make the absolute most out of it!
